Well since it's was actually the time of the draft combine in the NFL, I figured it would be interesting for any hopefuls to perhaps play along as if there players would attend the combine. It's could be a good first step to introduce there characters and a chance to work on the details of them before submitting them to form...
thoughts?

People really seem to want this. At least, enough people that it can be considered. It would have to be largely story-driven at this point, since I know of no way of "simulating" results, and I think people should have control over how their players "perform" before they sacrifice their souls to the stats engines of the world. April / May? What do people want to see with a draft combine or a vet's combine?

A combine sounds like an interesting concept but as for a "veteran's" combine, at least in the spirit of a combine, it'd technically be only open to Free agents unless it'd just be a group "Look what I can do" contest.
To summarize: Rookie Combine- Yes; Veteran Combine- hard to imagine.
