Unfortunately for Grand Rapids and Abilene fans, the two teams were eliminated from playoff contention this week :/ The pile of 9-win teams at the top of the Continental conference is going to have to work itself out in the next two weeks. Somebody's going to get disappointed! Baltimore is our first team to reach 10 wins. Easton continues their dream trip with a sixth-straight win.
As for the United Conference, things got much more complicated. The bottom three teams won today, which means that Chicago and Downriver could actually be heading to the playoffs. Keep in mind! It's the CONFERENCE record that matters, not the overall record Las Vegas finally breaks their bad spell with a win... because of a Safety!
No rookies managed a Player of the Game status this week, but we did have a few recognizable efforts this week, including a "Pick-6" by Coby Carson (LV) and another win notched by Draco Lindwurm (EAS).
