Just so you are all aware, my major project is defining and solidifying the league rules by the end of this month.

This is severely important because, as many of you know, the rules have been getting changed as we go forward (which is a horrible way to manage - we realize this), and the rules on the Wiki are from before Ketch and I had even collaborated to help develop the league. This was back when I was trying to start something up on my own. It's why you see "FAFF" on everything instead of "UFFL", which is an issue within itself that we will get fixed after the season is over. There's a good chance you will see the Wiki migrated to a new site with a new name.
Getting back to the Rules page, however, it's good to hear some feedback and ask questions about what is on that page, so we can clarify it and make the appropriate updates. If something on that page looks extremely convoluted, let me know here.
The basic rule to follow until then: If you've seen it in print somewhere by ketchthedonkey or itsamadworld919 since April 2014, such as in a Skype discussion, blog post, or in a journal entry, then follow that rule.
